The Furla Online Shop wishes to guarantee maximum satisfaction in terms of purchasing experience and quality. If for any reason the client is not satisfied with the order, or in the unfortunate case of products being sent that do not conform to those requested in terms of quality, they can follow our return policy and send back the purchased product within 7 days of the date of delivery.
Return order procedure:
1. Please contact the customer service representative within 7 days of the receipt of the items via live chat or customer hotline: 400-168-8066. Please be reminded to provide the order number, the reasons for the return, merchandise photos and other information. Once you are successfully in contact with our customer representatives, they will guide you the return process and policy.
2. Customer service will review your return request and reply within 1-3 business days.
3. After your return request is approved, please follow the instruction and return your order. All merchandise must be in new and unused condition and accompanied by the original receipt, invoice, packing list, original package including but not limited to our special tag (attached), product tags, care instruction book, gifts (if any), accessories (if any), sole protection sticker (attached) for us to accept the return. You are suggested to use S.F. Express to return the merchandise to us, please ensure return items are deliver back to us without damage. It is also required to provide the return airway bill number to our customer service representative for tracking purpose.
4. Once our Warehouse received the return package, they will follow the mentioned requirements listed in point 3 to check the return items. We will issue a refund to the original payment channel or account if return package is in compliance to our return policy. Once we have process your refund, you will receive an sms.
If you would like to return your item(s), please contact our customer respresentative online for a return order, and place a new order on our site.
For any return orders that are not related product quality reasons, customers need to pay for the relevant return delivery fee. However, if it is confirmed that you have received an incorrect item(s), damaged item(s) or item(s) contains a defect, we will refund the shipping fee to you.
